The images cannot be used by multiple parties as they have not acquired the necessary usage rights. However, if you are interested in extending usage permissions to multiple parties, I am prepared to discuss a specialized agreement with a discounted rate. As for sharing images on social media platforms, I am amenable to allowing it without compensation, as long as proper credit is given.

Included in your package, you will have the opportunity to showcase these assets on your website and across your social media platforms for a duration of two years. Should you wish to utilize them for promotional purposes through paid advertising channels, such as social media or digital platforms, we can explore the necessary supplementary licensing during our initial consultation.

It's important to note that under Australian copyright law, photographers, like myself, retain ownership of our images from the moment they're captured, regardless of the intended use. To gain indefinite and unrestricted usage rights, a copyright 'buy-out' option is available, offering the most comprehensive solution.
